Just as we are committed to providing quality care, we are concerned with medical costs. Millennium Physician Group participates with Medicare and many group insurance plans. However, we do not presently participate with Medicaid or HMO plans.

Our highly trained staff will be happy to assist you in determining your benefits for services at Millennium Physician Group. Payment of deductibles, co-payments and co-insurance is expected at the time of service. We file all primary insurance claims on your behalf.

As a courtesy, we will also gladly file your secondary insurance. If special financial arrangements are needed, we will be happy to work with you.
