The No. 1 question often asked by our patients is: "Do you take my insurance?"

Millennium Physician Group participates with Medicare and many group insurance plans. We also accept patients who prefer to self-pay. At this time, we do not currently participate with Medicaid or a majority of HMO plans.

Our highly trained staff will be happy to assist you in determining your benefits for services at Millennium Physician Group. Payment of deductibles, co-payments and co-insurance is expected at time of service. We file all primary insurance claims on your behalf, unless you are a self-pay patient.

As a courtesy, we will also gladly file your secondary insurance. If special financial arrangements are needed, we are happy to work with you.
