New Cigarette Packaging

Did you hear the latest news on cigarette packaging? The FDA is unveiling new Cigarette Health Warnings on all cigarette packaging.  The graphic images are designed to make people think twice before lighting up a cigarette.

They are predicting this new "marketing tool" will change the culture of smoking in our country by placing a larger emphasis on the dangers of smoking.  The campaign will kick off in September 2012 with a major shift in warning labels.

Did you know that the USDA has removed the food pyramid from its food guidelines?

On June 2 the USDA introduced the new MyPlate.  Say goodbye to the old pyramid and hello the MyPlate that breaks down what portions of your plate should be dedicated to each food group.
