Nosheen Mazhar, M.D.
Nosheen Mazhar, M.D., provides diagnosis and management of all Rheumatology diseases and is board certified in rheumatology and internal medicine. Her undergraduate with honors was done at Kinnaird College in Pakistan. She attended medical school at Fatima Jinnah Medical College which she completed with honors and a Merit Scholarship for studies. Her Residency and Chief Residency was completed at University of North Dakota in Internal Medicine. She served her fellowship in Rheumatology from University of Minnesota.
She manages Rheumatoid Arthritis, Systemic Lupus Erythematosus, Fibromyalgia, Gout, Vasculitis, Spondyloarthropathy, Sjogrens Syndrome, Scleroderma, Myositis, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis and all the other inflammatory autoimmune diseases. For fibromyalgia patients, she use a multidisciplinary approach and she also offer alternate approaches such as injections.
Dr Mazhar established the Rheumatology department for Ridgeview Hospital and clinics in Minnesota. She worked with Dr Bramlet and Advent Research in Sarasota, Fl. Launching a Practice for drug trail research. She assisted in teaching LECOM and USF students.
Her interests are reading, movies, walking, swimming, kayaking, and charity work.
