You can request a telehealth visit with your provider one of three ways:

1. Through the patient portal by sending your provider a message.
2. Call your doctor’s office to book your next appointment – or change an existing one – to a telehealth visit.
3. Call (844) CALL-MPG to request a telehealth appointment.
