Millennium Welcomes New Office in North Florida at Ponte Vedra Beach

Eric Norenberg, M.D.
Dr. Norenberg, M.D., family practice physician, graduated from the University of Florida College of Medicine and completed his residency at St. Vincent’s
Hospital in Jacksonville. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.

Dr. Norenberg enjoys providing care for entire families from small children to grandparents. He especially enjoys working with diabetic patients. He likes to help patients embrace the lifestyle changes that can work together with medication to achieve their health goals. As diabetes is a lifelong condition, the positive relationships he builds with patients over time can be truly beneficial.

Dr. Norenberg is married and has to two children. He is very enthusiastic about flying. He is a private pilot and is working toward gaining his instrument rating. He is also an Aviation Medical Examiner and provides FAA Medical Certification exams for first, second, and third class pilots.

Razvan Balotescu, M.D.
Dr. Balotescu, M.D., internal medicine physician, was born in Romania where he also attended Medical School. His Internal Medicine Residency training was at a
Yale affiliated program in Danbury, Connecticut. Dr. Balotescu is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 2001.

Dr. Balotescu likes to focus on preventive medicine and tries to incorporate the positive benefits of healthy living in patient disease management. When discussing a patient’s needs and personal health goals he will reiterate the impact of making good lifestyle choices that promote healthy living. He is a strong believer in the effects of exercise, weight management and a proper diet on a patient’s overall wellbeing and can offer many suggestions and motivations toward helping the patients achieve their goals whether it is weight loss or medication management.

Dr. Balotescu is an avid photographer and has spent years perfecting his style of landscape photography. Many of his pictures are displayed around the office and can be seen for sale in local galleries.

Nancy Stark, PA-C
Nancy Stark graduated with a bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene from the University of Southern California before moving to Jacksonville and receiving a
Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is board certified.

She has a strong personal interest in nutrition. In her practice she likes to incorporate as much of her knowledge as possible to help the patient learn to utilize the benefits of proper nutrition in achieving their overall health goals.

She is married and has two young children. She enjoys time at the beach with her family where she and her husband are taking advantage of the east coast waves to learn to surf.
