Because results are released to you immediately, you may see them before your doctor or advanced provider does. If you have an upcoming appointment, your doctor or advanced provider can fully explain and discuss your test results with you.

Here's What You'll See
A notification will appear on the home page if new test results are available for you. Click the “Open results” button to view the result.
If you don’t have an upcoming appointment and have questions about your results, send a secure message to your care team by clicking the Ask a Question link.
Accessing Your Patient Portal

Enter your e-mail address and password to easily log-in to the portal. If you have never accessed the portal or have not logged in recently, simply use the “Forgot your password” function.
We are excited to offer you this new functionality which delivers your test results faster and allows for an easy connection back to your care team for any questions.
Please note: Results may not be available on your patient portal if the test was performed at a non-Millennium facility.
