Joseph Edward Chan, MD, is an expert in preventive care and patient-centered services proven to improve patient outcomes. Dr. Chan joins our team of physicians, advanced providers, and staff who lead the nation in the quality of care they deliver.

Joseph Edward Chan, MD, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from De La Salle University in the Philippines, where he was honored with the Thesis of the Year Award.  He went on to earn his Doctor of Medicine at Jonelta School of Medicine University of Perpetual Help in the Philippines.  During that time, Chan was a Lakan Awardee for exemplifying honorable leadership as a medical student.

Dr. Chan then went on to Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio to practice internal medicine.  While there, he was a member of the medical records review committee and house staff council in Miami Valley Hospital.

Dr. Chan studied Nephrology and Hypertension at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston, Florida.  During his time there, Dr. Chan represented the Nephrology Department in the World Congress Presentation.

Dr. Chan also has two publications in the “World Journal of Nephrology and Urology”
