Razvan Balotescu, M.D., internal medicine physician, was born in Romania, where he also attended Medical School. His Internal Medicine Residency training was at a Yale affiliated program in Danbury, Connecticut.
Dr. Balotescu is board certified in Internal Medicine and has been practicing since 2001.
Dr. Balotescu likes to focus on preventive medicine, and tries to incorporate the positive benefits of healthy living in patient disease management. When discussing a patient’s needs and personal health goals, he reiterates the impact of making good lifestyle choices that promote healthy living. He is a strong believer in the effects of exercise, weight management and a proper diet on a patient’s overall wellbeing. Dr. Balotescu can offer suggestions and motivations toward helping his patients achieve
their goals, whether it is weight loss or medication management.
Dr. Balotescu is an avid photographer and has spent years perfecting his style of landscape photography. Many of his pictures are displayed around the office and can be seen for sale in local galleries.
