Sam Diasti, MD, joined Millennium Physician Group in 2026 as a Primary Care Physician. He brings extensive experience in Internal Medicine and is committed to providing patient-centered, comprehensive care to his patients.

Diasti earned his MD from the Faculty of Medicine, Ain Shams University in Egypt, and completed his residency at Seton Hall University, School of Graduate Medical Education in New Jersey, in Internal Medicine. He is American Board certified in Internal Medicine.

His clinical interests include chronic disease management, including hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and COPD. He also has experience managing mental health conditions, sleep disorders, and stress-related concerns, as well as providing care for men’s and women’s health issues. Additional areas of expertise include gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and preoperative evaluations and medical clearance.

Diasti believes in providing patient-centered, evidence-based care. He strives to build strong, trusting relationships with his patients to help them stay informed, engaged, and connected to their care.
