Scope of Services
The Virtual Care Clinic (VCC) is available for our patients’ same day needs and general symptom relief.
Our team of Virtual Care providers is available for Telehealth appointments with Millennium Physician Group patients who are 18 and older with a residence in Florida.
Using their own smart device, our established patients can be seen from the comfort, safety, and privacy of their own home.
Patients can choose their own appointment on our website or mobile app, call our Virtual Care Clinic line at (877) 748-1114, or request to be scheduled through any Millennium Physician Group department, including Primary-Care, Specialty, Walk-In Clinic, the Patient Connection Center, or the 24/7 Nurse Triage line.
Symptoms and Conditions List
We are ready to assist with many commonly seen symptoms:
✓ Prescription refills (no controlled substances)
✓ Colds and fevers
✓ Chest congestion, coughing, wheezing, or sore throat
✓ Sinus pressure, runny or stuffed up nose
✓ Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain
✓ Urinary issues
✓ Headaches, earaches, or simple eye issues
✓ Bumps, bruises, insect bites, rashes, or reactions
✓ Joint, muscle, back, or neck pain
✓ High or low blood pressure
